Returns will be accepted within 7 Business days from the delivery date. Items are eligible for returns based on inaccurate description, defective, or otherwise unusable condition only. This excludes consumables, which are eligible for return or replacement only under specific circumstances (See Refund Policy). Once these items are out of our hands, the liability is on the logistics. Please handle damaged item claims with the carrier first. Returns will be made directly to the manufacturer in most cases. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and refund or credit within 3 business days of receipt. Please email natesgiftmercantile@outlook.com as soon as possible if you need to make a return.
